Psychotherapy Fees

Sessions are typically held once a week. The frequency of meetings may vary depending on your counseling plan and your preference.
The first session is for 75 minutes & it costs $235
55-60 minute session:$175
80 minute session: $210

Payment in full is due at the beginning of the session. I accept cash, check, debit card or credit card. Please be aware that you will be billed for not giving 24 hours notification of cancellation.

Managed Care and Insurance Panels

Dr. Park-Adams is an in-network provider for Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, First Choice Health, Premera, Lifewise, Regence and Value Options.

Dr. Park-Adams will work with most other insurance plans. Please call your insurance provider to determine whether her services will be reimbursed to you as an out-of-network provider.

If you are permitted by your plan to work with Dr. Park-Adams out of your network, you will receive reimbursement according to your plan’s provisions. When you call your insurance provider, the following questions can be asked:

  • Does my plan include mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • What are my out-of-network benefits?
